If you would like to request a refund or credit for a product, please contact Support. Each request will be assessed individually, taking into account the digital nature of the product and any opportunities to preview or review it prior to purchase.

Please note that we are not obligated to issue a refund or credit in the following cases (but not limited to):

  • You’ve changed your mind about the product.
  • You accidentally purchased the product.
  • You lack the necessary skills or knowledge to use the product.
  • You’re requesting a refund as a goodwill gesture.
  • You’re unable to access the product because it was removed by the seller, or your account was blocked (we recommend downloading your products immediately after purchase).

If we determine that a refund or credit is warranted, it will be issued using the same payment method you originally used for the purchase. For example, if the product was bought with Coolstl USD Credits, the refund will be issued as Coolstl USD Credits. If you made the purchase via credit card through PayPal, the refund will be processed through the same PayPal account.

Please understand that while Coolstl takes reasonable steps to prevent errors, mistakes can happen, such as incorrect pricing or inaccurate product details due to typographical errors or similar issues. In these cases, Coolstl reserves the right to cancel or reverse the transaction, even after payment has been processed. If a transaction is canceled, Coolstl will promptly issue a refund or credit.

By making a purchase, you agree that if a dispute is filed with PayPal, Coolstl will not be able to release any funds from your member account until the PayPal dispute is resolved.
